Your California Privacy Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides consumers (California residents) with specific rights regarding their personal information. Because we share information collected with covered businesses, this section describes these CCPA rights and explains how to exercise them.

Genetic, physiological, behavioral, and biological characteristics, or activity patterns used to extract a template or other identifier or identifying information, such as, fingerprints, faceprints, and voiceprints, iris or retina scans, keystroke, gait, or other physical patterns, and sleep, health, or exercise data. We obtain the categories of personal information listed above directly or indirectly from you, from activity on the website, applications or social networking sites, or from service providers acting on our behalf.

Personal Information Shared

We disclose the personal information identified above to third parties for a business or commercial purpose. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the above categories of personal information to service providers or other vendors operating on our behalf. We have also disclosed personal information for a commercial purpose to the list of clients, agencies and partner companies as requested by consumers.

Right to Know, Data Portability and Deletion Requests

California residents may request that businesses to whom the law applies disclose certain information about the collection and use of your personal information. California residents also have the right to request the deletion of personal information, subject to certain exceptions. Although we are not currently required to provide these rights, some businesses that we provide your personal information to are covered by the CCPA. Please contact them to exercise your rights with regard to the information that we have provided them.

Non-Discrimination

The CCPA also provides California residents the Right to Non-Discrimination. We do not discriminate against individuals who choose to exercise any of their rights under the CCPA or this privacy policy.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information (as defined by the CCPA). However, you may nevertheless opt-out of such transactions via this form.
